About me:
My name is Sara Sadri, I'm a senior at Frisco High School, and this is my second year in ISM. I've always been passionate about helping others, and am incredibly interested in the way local government creates change every day. Last year I studied public interest law, and am excited to continue exploring professions focused on benefitting the lives of people. I am President of Frisco High's 1902 Service Club, a member of the Collin County Children's Chorus, and my school's National Honor Society, among other organizations. I like to spend time outside of school volunteering, reading, or playing with my 2 cats.
MIssion Statement:
In my second year in Independent Study and Mentorship, I hope to explore the world of local government and increase my understanding of careers based on helping citizens in their lives. I aim to become more comfortable with the professional work environment and learn from my mentor how local government operates on a day-to-day basis, especially in the context of helping the community around them. I hope to discover how compatible I would be within a government career and create a thorough final product that demonstrates my passion for creating local change.
