ISM 2018-2019 Mentors:
This year I'm so excited to be working with two mentors, both on Frisco's City Council.
Shona Huffman
Shona Huffman serves as the Director of Governmental Affairs for the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, working directly alongside the business community, the City of Frisco, and Frisco ISD to implement strong legislation and initiatives that promote economic growth and the city's quality of life. Shona has bachelors degrees from Southwest Baptist University in Political Science, History, Social Science Education, and Speech, and two masters degrees in Political Science and Public Policy. She serves as a Frisco City Council, Place 2 and Mayor Pro Tem.

Will Sowell
Will Sowell is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Ingo Money, Inc. whose policy positions on City Council are informed by his deep business experience. He has lived in Frisco through its most dramatic growth phase and serves as an at-large Council member, representing every resident of Frisco. He has a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Tech from East Tennessee State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business. He serves as a Frisco City Council Member, Place 3.
